Great post Meg. Loved the pictures and your thoughts. I get it...and remember feeling like you did just a few years ago. It's hard...but so rewarding too. You have such beautiful kids. I love and miss you. Miss seeing baby Sage too. I feel like I don't even know her. :( We need to make sure we see each other!
